We ship to most addresses within countries of the European Union. Currently, we do not ship to countries outside of this area.

Additionally, it is important to note the package’s condition on the signed delivery note and take photographs of the damages. Return Policies

1. Returns and Refunds

At MASTER PRODUCTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it following the guidelines below:

All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
